Vraiment, j'ai peur

I am indeed a little scared of what might be the most exciting thing I will do, and will hopefully have done in Europe.

I decided for the hell of it, to embark on a solo three country tour for six days and five nights.

I start in Belgium, middle in Strasbourg, the place where they invented Christmas, and finish in the Swiss Alps.

I'm terrified and it's taken a decent amount of self convincing that this is actually a good idea.

But ultimately, I want to come home and say I've done it, and say that I WAS (past progressive tense) terrified, but it HAD to be done (imperative) so I DID do it (passe compose, you can't find that in english).

Wish me luck, I'm excited to climb this mountain.
