Well it SEEMED like a good idea at the time

WELL I figured that I was finally narcissistic enough to put myself out on the interweb.

And I also figured that this would be a reasonable way to keep in contact with the kids when I"m out cavorting, gallavanting, and mincing (one can only hope) in gay Paris some of the time, and most of the time, in even gayer Montpellier.

Here's hoping that I won't be:
a) overly intimidated by my lack of turban whence I ride upon the fair Air India
b) mime- slapped in the face as soon as I get off the plane by a protege of Marcel Marceau
c) absolutely stupified by the fact that all French verb endings sound EXARCTLY the same
d) clinging to the side of a steamship back home two weeks into the trip

That's all I ask.
